Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from Live. Shop. Well.—whether you order from the Best In Wellness page or a Creator storefront.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Eligible Returns

  • Must be unopened and unused
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Items must not be final sale or non-returnable (e.g., hygiene-sensitive products, perishables, food, cosmetics, or supplements)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used items
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Cosmetics, supplements, food, and hygiene products

Refund Terms

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect

VIP Wellness Protection

If you purchased VIP Wellness Protection at checkout, we will:

  • Replace lost or stolen packages (within 90 days of purchase)
  • Refund any product you’re not satisfied with
