Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from Live. Shop. Well.—whether you order from the Best In Wellness page or a Creator storefront.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
Eligible Returns
- Must be unopened and unused
- Items must be in original packaging
- Items must not be final sale or non-returnable (e.g., hygiene-sensitive products, perishables, food, cosmetics, or supplements)
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used items
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Cosmetics, supplements, food, and hygiene products
Refund Terms
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect
VIP Wellness Protection
If you purchased VIP Wellness Protection at checkout, we will:
- Replace lost or stolen packages (within 90 days of purchase)
- Refund any product you’re not satisfied with
