- All Creator Pages hosted on the platform
- The Best In Wellness storefront
- All transactions, communications, and accounts under Swellscore, Inc.
2. Storefronts & Creators
Each Creator curates their own storefront. However, all purchases are processed and fulfilled by Swellscore, Inc. and the individual manufacturers, not individual creators.
3. Orders, Payments & Pricing
- Prices and availability are subject to change
- We accept all major payment methods
- Orders may be declined at our discretion
- Promotions cannot be applied retroactively
4. Shipping & Returns
- Shipping is offered via third-party carriers
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed
- Returns are accepted as per our Return & Refund Policy
- VIP Wellness Protection is available for added coverage
5. User Accounts
You may create an account to manage orders and save favorites. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California.
